Construction Helper

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gutter Installer to join our team. The Gutter Installer will be responsible for measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing gutters and downspouts on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience with various gutter systems, understand safety procedures, and be comfortable working at heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and layout areas for gutter installation based on blueprints or customer requirements

• Cut, shape, and assemble gutters using hand and power tools

• Install gutters, downspouts, and related components securely to building structures

• Inspect existing gutter systems and perform repairs or replacements as needed

• Ensure proper water flow and drainage through alignment and sealing

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times

• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure job satisfaction

• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in gutter installation, roofing, or general construction preferred

• Ability to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and power tools

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights

• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
