Position: Lead Guidewire Developer  ( 6+ YRS)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire applications for clients in the insurance / Finance / Banking industry

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and scalable code

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Mentor and guide junior developers in the team

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Guidewire technology

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter Or Billing Center, and ClaimCenter

- Experience with Java, Gosu, and XML

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Availability to work on a freelance, remote basis
