Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Inventory modules. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and functional support across financial and supply chain domains. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, map processes, and design solutions within Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.

Configure and support modules across Finance (AP, GL, FA, PA) and SCM (Order Management, Inventory).

Perform gap analysis between business needs and Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud functionalities.

Participate in end-to-end implementation cycles including CRP, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live support.

Develop functional specifications for integrations, extensions, and reports.

Coordinate with Oracle Support on SRs and troubleshoot production issues.

Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.

Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and supply chain governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications, specifically:

Finance: Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Accounting (PA)

SCM: Order Management, Inventory

Strong knowledge of Fusion Financials and SCM business processes.

Experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS), and workflows.

Ability to design and document functional designs, test cases, and training materials.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
