ADV TECHMINDS is a leading technology consulting firm that provides innovative solutions to businesses around the world. We are currently seeking a highly skilled BRM Developer to join our team on a freelance basis. This is a remote position, so candidates can be located anywhere in the world.

As a BRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Business Rules Management (BRM) systems for our clients. You will work closely with our team of developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement BRM systems for clients using Oracle BRM software

- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to gather and analyze business requirements

- Develop technical specifications and design documents

- Create and maintain BRM policies, rules, and workflows

- Troubleshoot and debug BRM applications

- Perform unit testing and participate in system testing and integration testing

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in BRM technology and make recommendations for improvements to our processes and systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BRM Developer or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of Oracle BRM software and its components

- Experience with BRM customization, configuration, and integration

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and SQL

- Familiarity with web services, XML, and SOAP

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
