Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BRIM Senior Functional Consultant with deep expertise in BRIM and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing billing and revenue management solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of SAP BRIM solutions across OTC lifecycle
• Work extensively on BRIM modules:
  • SOM (Subscription Order Management)
  • CI (Convergent Invoicing)
  • CC (Convergent Charging)
  • FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable)
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure BRIM components aligned with subscription-based and usage-based billing models
• Drive end-to-end OTC process integration across SAP and external systems
• Collaborate with technical (ABAP) teams for RICEFW development
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex billing and invoicing issues
• Provide functional leadership and stakeholder management

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP functional experience with strong focus on BRIM
• Proven experience in end-to-end OTC processes
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • SOM, CI, CC, FI-CA
  • Billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes
• Strong knowledge of subscription billing, usage-based billing, and pricing models
• Experience in writing functional specifications (FS) and working with ABAP teams
• Good understanding of integration (APIs, middleware, third-party systems)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Good to Have

• Experience with S/4HANA BRIM implementations
• Exposure to SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR)
• Domain experience in Telecom, Media, or Subscription-based industries

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
