  • Managing content workflows across social media, email, YouTube, and marketing, including editing, proofing, scheduling, and final posting
  • Coordinating with video editors, graphic designers, internal stakeholders, advertising partners, and channel partners

  • Proactive and able to take action without waiting for every detail
  • Comfortable working with a fast moving, direct, big picture CEO
  • Able to anticipate what needs to happen next and keep things moving
  • Detail oriented, but not someone who gets stuck needing every detail before starting
  • Flexible and able to adjust course when priorities or direction change
  • Comfortable with change and able to shift direction without taking it personally
  • Curious, creative, and open to testing new tools, systems, and ideas
  • Strong follow through and able to get the job done
  • Courageous enough to ask questions and clarify priorities
  • Able to think through problems and offer ideas while still being open to feedback
  • Comfortable helping bring structure to creative ideas and moving projects forward
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You must be tech savvy and quick to pick up new tools and software

Experience with the following tools is a plus!
