Smart Real Estate Coach is a coaching company that helps people become Wicked Smart real estate investors. They provide hands-on coaching and training to ensure clients have the tools they need to succeed. Based in Rhode Island, the company has a growing team and is committed to continuous improvement, integrity, and collaboration.

Were looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Remote Assistant who can take ownership of key operational tasks, provide high-level support to two company executives, and work closely with the Operations Manager, Shayna Gordon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, staying organized, solving problems, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.

Your work will be essential in keeping the business organized, supporting internal operations, and ensuring that daily workflows and key relationships are effectively managed and run smoothly. You'll handle a variety of tasks that directly impact the productivity of our executive team, the efficiency of our systems, and the success of our events and affiliate partnerships.

This is a well-prepared environment with detailed SOPs and onboarding support to help you ramp up quickly and confidently.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Email and calendar management for multiple executives
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics
  • Preparing executives for meetings and speaking engagements with reminders and materials
  • Maintaining communication with affiliates and handling onboarding, tracking, and payout coordination
  • Supporting marketing and finance teams with affiliate campaign and payout communications
  • Serving as the liaison with REIA hosts before and after events to align expectations and build strong relationships
  • Facilitating pre-event planning and post-event follow-ups, including sharing resources and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Preparing supporting assets for events, including landing pages, registration forms, and digital materials
  • Managing participant access, coupons, and event resources using LearnWorlds and HubSpot
  • Handling general administrative tasks and supporting internal communication
  • Taking notes during meetings and assisting with weekly recurring and departmental tasks

Position Details

  • This is a W2 position
  • Benefits include PTO, sick time, paid holidays, and a company-sponsored 401(k) with profit-sharing plan
  • The position will be 40 hours per week
  • Hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET
  • The pay rate is $25/hr USD
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • This role may require one week of domestic travel per year for an event
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
