Robbye Kirkpatrick is the Founder of RubiCrown, a Texas-based real estate firm encompassing both development and commercial brokerage. RubiCrown Development specializes in design-forward, walkable infill projects in emerging markets, while RubiCrown Commercial Real Estate provides brokerage services across tertiary markets surrounding Austin, with a focus on Bastrop. She is also the Founder of Texas TransformED, a statewide K12 education reform initiative dedicated to data transparency, leadership accountability, and measurable outcomes. With extensive experience in both real estate and education, Robbye leads with vision, precision, and a commitment to driving bold, high-impact results across multiple ventures.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who thrives in a high-accountability environment where priorities shift, the pace is fast, and the stakes are real. You'll be supporting a founder who expects excellence and values discretion, follow-through, and clarity.

You'll be working behind the scenes to help drive forward commercial real estate projects, public leadership work, and a statewide movement. This is a high-trust role supporting a founder with multiple ventures who moves fast, cares deeply, and is known for her intensity, decisiveness, and ability to manage complex, high-impact work. The role requires someone who can bring order to complexity, anticipate problems before they happen, keep track of countless details without losing their calm, and act as a steady and smart right hand to a visionary leader.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Consolidate and organize all business and personal receipts into spreadsheets
- Manage and update a project management system with clear priorities, deadlines, and owners
- Track tasks across multiple workstreams including real estate, public speaking, partnerships, and content
- Triage and manage two inboxes by drafting responses, flagging items, and organizing emails
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, send calendar invites, and prepare meeting materials
- Follow up on outstanding tasks, documents, and decisions to ensure completion
- Post or schedule content on platforms such as LinkedIn and Substack, ensuring review before publishing
- Work with the PR team and intern to meet video and content deadlines
- Draft, edit, and format materials such as decks, one-pagers, emails, and outlines
- Prepare daily or weekly summaries of progress, priorities, and issues for review
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics for events and meetings
- Oversee overlapping business and personal logistics to keep everything aligned
- Review and approve social content before publishing, and manage scheduling when needed

Position Details
- This is a 1099 contractor position
- Benefits include paid time off from Christmas through New Years
- The position will be 20-25 hours per week, with the potential to increase to full-time hours within the next year
- Hours are Monday-Friday, four hours daily with flexibility - ideally 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CST
- The pay rate is $26/hr USD
- You must be able to pass a background check
- We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
