We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is passionate about service, excellence, and making a real difference in people's lives, aligning with our core values.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and optimize Kort McCulley's calendar for efficient scheduling and meeting preparation
  • Follow-up on meetings with concise notes and actionable items
  • Maintain and update client files and documents promptly
  • Update CRM and planning details in eMoney, keeping client data current and accurate
  • Assist in preparing meeting documents and client applications
  • Support both client onboarding and maintenance tasks
  • Manage email inbox, calendar, and travel planning, including some light management of personal items

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate must be:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with a fast and reliable internet connection and a modern computer
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Aligned with our core values of service, excellence, and community involvement
  • Experience in administrative roles preferred, with experience in financial services or a related field being a plus

You'll need to be familiar with these tools:

  • Microsoft Suite

You'll need to come ready to learn and be trained on the following tools:

  • Calendly
  • Redtail CRM
  • eMoney
  • DocuSign

Position Details

  • This is a 1099 contractor position
  • Part-time position at 20-25 hours per week, with the potential to grow into 30-40 hours per week within the next 6 months
  • Monday - Friday - flexible hours within 8-5 PM Central
  • You must be available in the morning to get the day started and for a 60-minute weekly meeting on Monday at 9 am CT
  • The pay rate is $25/hr. USD
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) member of our team
