Founded in 1985, Bradley Communications Corp has served authors for over 39 years, offering a range of services from info products and training programs to coaching and services.

We are looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant who is highly organized, possesses excellent writing skills, and aligns with our core values: helping customers achieve their goals, honesty, and positivity. The right candidate will be someone who naturally wants to support and contribute to our mission, becoming an integral part of our team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Email and Calendar Management
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Document preparation and data entry
  • Assisting with project management tasks
  • Conducting research
  • Providing additional administrative support as needed
  • In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:
  • Excellent writing and communication skills can follow verbal instructions effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of follow-through
  • Excellent people skills, is nice, approachable, and personable
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and accountable
  • Ability to handle intense situations and personalities with ease
  • Has a helper mindset, is proactive, and seeks ways to lighten the owner's workload
  • Complements the owner's weaknesses and effectively acts as the owner's "mini-me"
  • Independent and proactive, aiming to become the primary point of contact over time
  • Collaborative mindset and appreciation for entrepreneurship
  • Tech-savvy and open to learning and adapting to new tools and software

  • Facebook ads manager

Position Details

  • This is a Remote W2 Employee position
  • This position is available if you live in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey
  • The position will be 25 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm ET, with some flexibility within these hours
  • You must have at least 5 years of full-time work experience
  • The pay rate is $27/hr. USD
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
