Breneman Capital helps individual accredited investors, family offices, RIAs, and others create passive income and wealth in multifamily real estate. They’ve been investing in multifamily investment properties since 2005 and today they focus on investing in Chicago, Phoenix, and Austin.

The ideal assistant is adept and confident in their writing skills, efficiently handling various written tasks, and possesses a well-organized approach, ensuring consistent execution and diligent tracking of progress on critical projects. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Podcast Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm guests

    • Organize recording times

  • Posting to Social Media
    • Schedule and publish posts on various platforms

    • Monitor and respond to comments and messages

  • Email Inbox Management
    • Prioritize and organize incoming emails

    • Respond to or forward emails as appropriate

    • Archive or delete unnecessary emails

  • Booking Travel
    • Research and book flights, hotels, and transportation

    • Arrange travel itineraries and confirmations

    • Handle any travel-related changes or cancellations

  • Transaction Coordination
    • Manage documentation and contracts

    • Coordinate with parties involved in transactions

    • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion

  • Client Care
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

    • Address and resolve client concerns

    • Maintain client relationship management system

  • Phone Calls to Prospects
    • Make calls to ensure prospects received emails

    • Address any questions or concerns

    • Schedule follow-up meetings or calls as needed

  • Personal Tasks
    • Handle personal appointments and scheduling

    • Manage personal errands and tasks

    • Coordinate personal events or arrangements.

Technical tools you must know, or come ready to learn:

  • Google Workspace

  • Slack

  • HubSpot

  • Excel

  • Dropbox

Position Details

  • This is a W2 part-time position

  • The position will be 30-35 hours per week, but could grow
  • Hours will be Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm CT, each day will be 5-7 hours, a split shift is preferred to capture both morning and evening tasks
  • You will need to pass a background check and a drug test
  • The pay rate is $25/hr. USD
  • We’re looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member.
