This role is critical to protecting Perrys time and ensuring the smooth execution of high-level operations. You will serve as his right hand, clearing bottlenecks, managing communication, and ensuring seamless coordination across initiatives and teams. The position combines both Executive Assistant and Operations Manager responsibilities, requiring someone who can move seamlessly between strategic support and hands-on execution.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Manage and triage Perrys inbox, including drafting replies in his voice and flagging priorities
  • Own calendar management, including scheduling, rescheduling, and meeting preparation
  • Join daily sync calls with Perry to review tasks, priorities, and assist with dictation
  • Act as a gatekeeper, filtering requests and protecting Perrys time
  • Provide administrative support, including expense tracking, research, purchasing, and hiring subcontractors
  • Coordinate communications and logistics across multiple companies (PSMA, Natural Code LLC, Evolution 2.0, ReversingCancer.org)
  • Work alongside the operations lead at PredictRX to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Maintain team account access and password systems

Operations Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for five core programs: Private Client Group, Advanced Mastery Network, Roundtable, Perry Marshall Academy, and RenAI
  • Supervise the Customer Service team and coordinate with Marketing and Events teams
  • Monitor financial performance, including cash flow, marketing spend, and revenue targets
  • Lead weekly revenue meetings and provide Perry with summaries and operational insights
  • Oversee team tools and systems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Wrike
  • Proactively identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies to streamline operations
  • Maintain and improve SOPs, shared drives, and internal systems
  • Ensure no dropped tasks, surprises, or delays in project execution
  • Ensure team members follow through on deliverables and timelines
  • Anticipate project roadblocks and proactively address them before they escalate

This is a high-visibility, high-responsibility role working closely with leaders across multiple industries. It requires professionalism, discretion, and confidence in navigating complex projects and people.

Position Details

  • This is a W2 position
  • Benefits include medical (50% of plan cost), PTO, sick time, paid holidays, and 401K
  • The position will be 40 hours per week
  • Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT, with some flexibility
  • The pay rate is $30/hr USD

  • You must be able to pass a background check
