As our Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to act as our CEO's gatekeeper, keeping him on track and organized to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. 

  • Some of your core responsibilities will include:
  • Email and Calendar Management for our CEO
  • Manage and streamline administrative tasks to ensure efficiency
  • Handle CRM data input and maintenance with a strong eye for detail
  • Generate and analyze reports from spreadsheets to identify trends that drive business decisions
  • Act as a linchpin for communication, ensuring a seamless flow of information within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Track and manage tasks to ensure everyone stays on track
  • Review meeting replays to capture tasks and distribute them to the team
  • Track KPIs for the team

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

  • An eye for detail, with strong attention to grammar and spelling
  • An adaptable, comfortable person with jumps between different roles and responsibilities

You'll need to be familiar with these tools:

You must come ready to learn and be trained on these tools:

  • Calendly
  • Canva
  • Asana
  • GoHighLevel (CRM)

Position Details

  • This is a remote 1099 contractor position
  • Hours are Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:30 am - 3:00 pm MST
  • The position will start with 15-20 per week and will likely grow to more hours with the right person and as the need arises.
  • Mornings would be needed to get the day started and to check emails
  • We would like you to be available for our weekly team meeting on Tuesday at 2:30 pm MST for our team meeting
  • The pay rate is $22/hr USD
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
