We're looking for a Virtual Assistant who is reliable, proactive, and eager to grow with a small team. This person will play a key role in supporting Annette and the company's operations. You must be aligned with our Core Values:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently while also staying in close communication. Its important to be dependable, organized, and confident with both communication and systems.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing two email inboxes and responding to messages
- Updating and scheduling appointments on the calendar
- Sending client invoices and tracking them
- Tagging transactions and coordinating with the bookkeeper when needed
- Preparing and mailing lead letters using provided templates
- Occasionally assisting with state paperwork submissions
- Communicating with the current VA to coordinate schedules and hand-offs
- Monitoring inquiries and forwarding information as needed
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent writing skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly and professional communication style with the ability to communicate openly and consistently
- Structured, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Honest, trustworthy, and aligned with the company's values
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
- Eager to learn, grow, and support a mission-driven company

Position Details
- This is a 1099 contractor position, with potential to shift to W2 after a few months
- Benefits may be available once hours reach 35/week
- The position will be 15-20 hours per week
- Flexible work hours Monday Friday between 6:00 am - 7:00 pm CT
- The pay rate is $25/hr USD
- You must be able to pass a background check
- We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
