We're looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant who can bring structure and clarity to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You should be aligned with nf.c's core values:

This role is ideal for someone who is seeking a long-term executive support role and is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and passionate about meaningful climate oriented work. You'll work closely with the CEO to streamline his day, provide operational support, and contribute to impactful client work. The right candidate will be energized by climate impact and aligned with values like sustainability, equity, and thoughtful leadership.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the CEO's calendar, daily schedule, and personal logistics
- Preparing meeting agendas, reminders, and capturing notes
- Conducting daily check-ins via Slack and weekly Google Meet calls
- Coordinating scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
- Handling email correspondence, inbox organization, and follow-ups
- Supporting CEO preparation and priorities throughout the day
- Executing and tracking progress on financial, client, marketing, and sales tasks
- Supporting the development of sales pitches, contracts and statements of work
- Sending invoices, tracking expenses and partnering with financial team on regular reports
- Updating all virtual documents and records to ensure digital hygiene across databases
- Coordinating legal and financial projects like sending contracts, filing tax payments and partnering with various vendors
- Supporting project management of various marketing, sales and operations priorities
- Supporting internal operations by managing recurring tasks and maintaining project systems

Position Details
- This is a remote 1099 contractor position
- The position will be 20 - 25 hours per week, with the goal of transitioning to a full time hours after one year
- Hours are Monday - Friday between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm ET, with consistent availability during morning hours
- The pay rate is $25/hr. USD
- We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
