Jimmy Stainback is the Owner of Stainback Properties LLC, a real estate investment company specializing in acquiring, renovating, leasing, and managing rental properties. With a portfolio of 36 rental doors across 20 properties valued at approximately $10 million, Jimmy built the business from the ground up through hard work, grit, and vision. The company focuses on generating short-term cash flow and long-term equity through smart investment and efficient operations.
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Remote Assistant who can bring structure, efficiency, and organization to daily operations. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and updating the Buildium property management platform, ensuring accuracy and flagging discrepancies
- Handling short-term rental inquiries and related communication
- Managing the virtual "office phone", including texts, routing calls, addressing incoming needs, and responding to service calls
- Assisting with paperwork and contract requests for new deals in the pipeline
- Monitoring business activity and helping the owner stay organized and on track
- Submitting utility change requests
- Communicating with housing authorities to support subsidized leasing processes
- Posting simple updates to social media to keep the business presence current
- Working on ongoing system organization and proactive process improvements
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

Position Details
- This is a 1099 contractor position
- This position will be 25-30 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 30-40 hours within the next 6-12 months
- Hours are Monday through Friday, flexible between 10:00 am - 3:00 pm ET
- Pay rate is $25/hr USD
- You must be able to pass a background check
- We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
