Business Director

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve system-wide revenue targets.

  • Manage and coach the Sales/Customer Service team: build a culture of discipline, KPI-driven performance, and continuous productivity improvement.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to convert leads into revenue and optimize the customer funnel.

  • Passionate about numbers: track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly business performance; propose solutions for sustainable growth.

  • Expand market presence and customer relations: design VIP customer policies, upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue.

  • Lead by action: stay close to on-site operations, understand customer needs, and inspire the team through hands-on leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience in the aesthetics, beauty, premium healthcare, or other luxury service industries.

  • Strong track record in revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Passion for numbers with KPI and revenue as the key measures of success.

  • Strategic mindset with a willingness to work directly with the sales team.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive team performance.

  • Resilience under high pressure, with a winning spirit and ambition to achieve big goals.

  • Working hours: 9:00 18:00, Monday to Saturday.

  • Location: 66 Xuan Dieu, Tay Ho, Hanoi.
