Account Manager

 Job Description:

Position: Account Manager HR Services

Department: Client Success / Business Development

Key Responsibilities

Drive monthly revenue growth from existing clients through renewals, upselling, and reactivation of churned clientsmeasured by Job Order Value (JOV) from job farming activities.

Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50+, strong Customer Health Score, efficient issue resolution, and a client retention rate of at least 75%.

Achieve quarterly growth across all managed accounts, measured by Hubbers Growth, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and key account expansion.

Build and execute upselling and cross-selling plans tailored to client needs, including soft-selling approaches to promote new services or markets.

Meet liquidity and revenue targets from cross-border job placements, distinguishing between new business and refarmed opportunities.

Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met across hiring activitiessuch as CV submissions and interview arrangements.

Who We Are Looking For

Proven experience in strategic customer or stakeholder management, preferably in HR services, recruitment, or BPO environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).

Data-driven mindsetcomfortable using data to inform strategy and decisions.

Solid experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines efficiently.
