At THIENTU BPO & HR, we deliver tailored outsourcing and recruitment services to meet the dynamic talent needs of our clients. We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist with hands-on experience in mass hiring and back-office recruitment to support ongoing talent acquisition projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Screening (50%)

  • Source and attract qualified candidates via job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.

  • Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability based on specific job requirements.

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Recruitment Process Management (30%)

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.

  • Organize and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, virtual sessions, and university outreach programs.

  • Support the offer stage and onboarding procedures for selected candidates.

  • Ensure hiring activities align with service expectations and internal SLAs.

Client Communication & Coordination (20%)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to clarify hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.

  • Share market trends, sourcing feedback, and hiring recommendations.

  • Proactively address recruitment-related issues and provide timely solutions.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, with proven experience in mass and back-office hiring, preferably in a BPO setting.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment pipelines.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in passive candidate sourcing.

  • Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance.

  • Fluency in English strong written and spoken communication.
