We are looking for a Project Recruiter with experience in mass recruitment and back office recruitment to join our People Team and support hiring projects for our clients. You will play a key role in helping organizations scale efficiently by recruiting quality talent for both front-line and support functions.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Project Recruiter, youll manage recruitment campaigns from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling mass hiring projects for high-volume roles such as call center agents, customer service representatives, data entry clerks, and telesales staff.

  • Supporting back office recruitment for roles including administrative support, operations staff, finance assistants, and HR officers.

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and engaging candidates.

  • Creating sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through online platforms, job fairs, internal databases, referrals, and offline networks.

  • Conducting market research and talent mapping to ensure access to qualified candidates.

  • Collaborating with the clients HR team to understand hiring requirements and provide regular progress updates.

  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes while ensuring a professional candidate experience.

  • Following up and communicating regularly with clients to resolve challenges and align on hiring expectations.

  • Ensuring recruitment activities meet internal quality standards and client expectations.

  • Performing other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Who Were Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment projects.

  • Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate engagement skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with ATS or CRM tools is a plus.

  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
