Job Description – Agency Sales Team Leader

Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Director

Job Purpose

Recruit, train, and develop a team of financial advisors while actively acquiring and serving clients to achieve sales targets and build a sustainable agency team aligned with Manulifes direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Recruit, coach, and motivate financial advisors; monitor individual performance and support target achievement.
  • Sales & Customer: Prospect and consult financial–insurance solutions for individuals and families; maintain client relationships; support team sales activities and post-sales service.
  • Planning & Reporting: Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly plans; report business results; propose solutions to improve team productivity.
  • Compliance & Culture: Ensure adherence to company policies and uphold Manulifes professional standards and brand values.

Requirements

  • At least 3 months of experience in sales/team leadership, or previous average income of 10 million VND/month.
  • Basic communication, persuasion, and coaching skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented.
  • Passion for financial and insurance services with long-term commitment.
