Job Description Marketing Director (Luxury Dental Aesthetics)

I. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to expand market share across multiple platforms (offline, online, PR, KOL/KOC, events).

  • Elevate and sustain the premium brand image as a pioneer in the dental aesthetics industry.

2. Business Impact & Customer Growth

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns targeting high-end clientele, expanding customer volume and market penetration.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue growth.

  • Conduct research and analyze customer behavior and industry trends to optimize conversion rates.

3. Team Management & Development

  • Build, manage, and train a dynamic, professional marketing team.

  • Oversee communication, digital, content, PR, events, and partnership activities.

  • Work closely with agencies, KOLs/KOCs in the beauty & aesthetics industry to maximize campaign impact.

4. Multi-Platform Management & Innovation

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, SEO, CRM, Marketing Automation).

  • Drive branding campaigns, luxury events, workshops, and lifestyle marketing activations.

  • Propose and apply innovative marketing trends (AI, personalization, customer experience) tailored to the dental aesthetics industry.

II. Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing within the aesthetics, beauty, or luxury industries (experience with premium brands is a strong advantage).

  • Proven track record in brand building, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

  • Deep understanding of Vietnams high-end market, including local affluent clients, overseas Vietnamese, and foreign customers, with the ability to generate demand among untapped customer segments.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic partnership skills.

  • Creative mindset with a sharp sense of trends while maintaining the luxury branding identity across all communications.

  • Working hours: 9:00 18:00, Monday to Saturday.
