Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with proven industry experience to lead go-to-market strategies, drive product positioning, and enable sales success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with expertise in messaging, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches and feature releases.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to support revenue teams.
- Content Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to produce blogs, case studies, and product-related content.
- Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of product marketing experience in the technology industry (SaaS or B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Analytics, and project management platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
- Experience with start-up organization
