HireNow Snapshot
The Dedicated Team CDL-A Driver will support high-volume refrigerated freight operations while maintaining safe and efficient transportation services. Drivers will operate on established routes utilizing preloaded trailers and drop trailer distribution centers.
Transportation Operations
- Safely transport refrigerated freight between dedicated distribution center locations.
- Operate within established team routes while maintaining on-time delivery standards.
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Accurately complete logs and transportation documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
- Maintain professionalism while supporting customer service expectations.
Freight Responsibilities
- Handle no-touch refrigerated freight.
- Operate on static weekly routes utilizing preloaded trailers.
- Deliver to drop trailer distribution centers.
- Average approximately 4,800 team miles per week.
- Support long-haul operations while maintaining safe driving practices.
- Adhere to delivery schedules and operational requirements.

Compensation
- Weekly Earnings: $1,803 – $2,101
- Annual Earnings: $93,778 – $109,298
- Mileage Split Compensation
- Safe & On-Time Bonus Program up to 3%
