About the Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm to identify a seasoned, top-tier Technology, Communications & Media (TechComm) Associate Attorney to support its sophisticated regulatory, litigation, and transactional practice.
This role is ideal for a high-performing associate who wants meaningful responsibility, exposure to cutting-edge technology and communications matters, and the flexibility of a fully remote platform—while working on high-profile issues involving federal agencies, courts, and complex corporate transactions. The practice sits at the intersection of law, policy, innovation, and emerging technologies, advising market-leading clients navigating rapidly evolving regulatory landscapes.
What You'll Do

Research, draft, and file FCC pleadings, regulatory submissions, and agency correspondence

Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation materials in federal and administrative proceedings

Assist with depositions, discovery strategy, document review, and case management

Support clients in advancing regulatory, legislative, and policy objectives at the federal level

Advise on regulatory compliance matters affecting technology, communications, and media businesses

Assist with due diligence and regulatory analysis in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions

Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on multi-disciplinary matters involving regulatory, litigation, and transactional issues

Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining precision, responsiveness, and exceptional client service
Required Qualifications (Strictly Enforced)

Law school graduation years: 2021–2023 only

JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school

Stellar academic credentials
-
Training at an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm strongly preferred

Active admission to the District of Columbia Bar or eligibility to obtain admission

Demonstrated resume stability and consistent professional progression

Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued)

Prior experience with FCC proceedings, communications law, or administrative law

Exposure to technology, telecommunications, broadband, media, or emerging technology matters

Experience handling discovery, motion practice, or regulatory investigations

Strong interest in policy-driven legal work at the intersection of law, government, and innovation

Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly to clients and internal teams

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
