The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a professional office environment, enjoys supporting high-level attorneys, and brings direct experience with closings, entity documentation, and execution workflows.

-
Drafting, revising, proofreading, and formatting corporate and transactional documents, correspondence, and client materials
-
Managing DocuSign execution workflows, including signature tracking, distribution, and completion verification
-
Preparing closing materials, including execution packets, checklists, and post-closing documentation
-
Creating and maintaining organizational charts, entity records, and corporate filing materials
-
Supporting corporate closings and ensuring all documents are finalized, organized, and properly stored
-
Acting as a professional point of contact between attorneys, clients, vendors, and third parties
-
Handling scheduling, time entry, file management, and administrative coordination within the practice group

-
Experience maintaining corporate records, organizing closing binders, and supporting deal processes

-
Familiarity with document management platforms and corporate filing procedures
-
Ability to anticipate attorney needs and operate with a high degree of independence
-
Experience working in a fast-paced transactional group with overlapping deadlines
