Compensation: $106,000 - $153,000 annually (DOE)
Work Schedule: Onsite 4 days/week (subject to change)
About the Role:
HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting two dynamic Administrative Managers to support the daily operations of a leading national law firms Los Angeles offices. These roles are ideal for experienced law firm professionals who bring a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on management. You will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of multiple departments and offices across the Southern California region.
Each Administrative Manager will lead a team of legal support professionals and oversee a wide array of operational responsibilities from staff development and performance oversight to event coordination and facilities support.
What You'll Do:

Lead Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day administrative activities across local offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego, with occasional regional travel.

Team Oversight: Supervise a direct team of 7-10 employees and overall responsibility for 25+ staff including legal secretaries and administrative support personnel.

Support Services Oversight: Provide indirect supervision of outsourced services such as reception, office services, and facilities management to ensure consistency and quality.

Staff Development: Spearhead recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, performance evaluations, and training programs for support staff.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between local leadership and firmwide departments including HR, IT, Facilities, and Legal Practice Groups.

Event and Budget Coordination: Assist with planning internal office events, managing local office budgets, monitoring expenses, and coordinating community outreach initiatives.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, build efficiency, and strengthen the overall office experience.
What We're Looking For:

Law Firm Experience is Required candidates must have a background in legal administrative operations.

5+ years of team leadership within a legal or professional services environment.

Proven ability to supervise legal secretaries, administrative assistants, and other support staff.

Strong foundation in hiring, coaching, and employee relations.

Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment with professionalism and flexibility.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and rapport across multiple levels of the firm.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Technical & Operational Expertise:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience managing vendor relationships, coordinating events, and supporting facilities operations.

Comfortable working with digital tools and systems used in document management, timekeeping, and law firm operations.
Travel & Worksite Details:

Primary locations: Downtown Los Angeles and Century City.

Regional travel required (approximately 1x/month to Orange County or San Diego).

Candidates must be comfortable working on-site 4 days/week, with flexibility depending on operational needs.
