HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level primary care role.
This position requires a clinically strong physician who can independently manage adult patient populations, deliver preventive care, and drive long-term health outcomes in a structured outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs
- Provide preventive care and long-term disease management
- Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality outcomes
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Proven experience treating adult-only patient populations
- Strong clinical background in chronic disease management
- Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation standards
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Stable and consistent professional history
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)
- Experience in outpatient or clinic-based internal medicine
- Ability to manage patient volume efficiently while maintaining quality
- Preventive care and population health experience
- Experience working within multidisciplinary care teams

HireNow Package
- Salary: $210,000 – $250,000 base
- Location: Onsite in Phoenix (West Phoenix), AZ
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
