This role is geared toward attorneys with 2-5 years of hands-on litigation experience especially those eager to deepen their skills in financial services litigation and complex commercial disputes.

You'll be joining a collaborative litigation team that represents some of the nation's largest banks, financial institutions, and commercial entities in both high-stakes courtroom matters and pre-litigation disputes. If you're ready to take on sophisticated work, gain partner-level exposure, and build a rewarding career path within a firm that values quality over billing frenzy, this could be your next step.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent financial institutions and business clients in consumer and commercial litigation at both the state and federal levels.

  • Handle all aspects of case strategy, motion practice, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and client communications.

  • Collaborate directly with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation strategy and case development.

  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions, gaining direct exposure to the full litigation lifecycle.

  • Contribute to a variety of disputes across industries, including finance, healthcare, energy, and commercial contracts.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney, preferably with exposure to financial services or complex commercial litigation.

  • Strong writing and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft persuasive motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.

  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset able to manage deadlines and multiple caseloads with precision.

  • Team-oriented mindset with the desire to contribute to a positive and driven firm culture.

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients while maintaining a high standard of legal practice.

What Sets This Role Apart

  • Focused, High-Impact Work: No filler. You'll contribute to meaningful, high-level cases from day one.

  • Long-Term Growth: Eligible for partnership track after six years of legal practice.

  • Billable Structure That Respects Balance: 1,850 annuals minimum with automatic bonus at 1,950 plus merit-based bonuses for top performers.

  • Supportive Culture: Work alongside respected, accessible partners who prioritize mentorship and collaboration over competition.

  • Full Benefits Package: Includes health, dental, vision, retirement plan options, CLE support, and paid time off.

This Is a Great Fit If You

  • Want to build a career in litigation, not just a job.

  • Are looking for a place where your ideas matter, and your growth is invested in.

  • Appreciate structure and mentorship but also want room to run and prove yourself.

  • Value meaningful work over burnout culture.
