The Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is partnered with a highly selective, tech-enabled global law firm that is intentionally building a premier Private Wealth & Family Office platform. This opportunity is designed for a seasoned Trusts & Estates attorney at the partner level who advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and is seeking a broader platform, greater autonomy, and meaningful cross-selling opportunities.
This is not a high-volume estate planning environment. The firm's model is built for attorneys who serve sophisticated clients with complex, multi-jurisdictional, and multi-generational planning needs—and who want the flexibility to grow their practice without the constraints of rigid compensation structures or siloed practices.

Key Responsibilities
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to operate at this level to be considered for interview:
-
Lead and expand a partner-level Trusts & Estates practice within a national platform
-
Advise HNW and UHNW individuals and families on advanced estate, gift, and wealth transfer strategies
-
Structure and counsel family offices, private investment entities, and fiduciary structures
-
Provide sophisticated guidance on trust formation, administration, and fiduciary matters
-
Develop succession and liquidity strategies for closely held businesses and investment vehicles
-
Address cross-border and international estate planning considerations
-
Collaborate closely with tax, corporate, real estate, and litigation partners to deliver integrated solutions
-
Build long-term advisory relationships with clients and their professional advisors
-
Contribute to the growth of the firm's private wealth platform through cross-selling and collaboration
Client Profile
Typical clients include:

High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
-
Family offices and private investment structures
-
Entrepreneurs, founders, and closely held business owners

Public figures and clients with complex, high-visibility planning needs
This practice is intentionally focused on bespoke, high-value advisory work, not commoditized estate planning.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following to be considered:

8+ years of sophisticated Trusts & Estates experience
-
Partner-level attorney or senior counsel with a clear partner trajectory
-
Portable book of business of $750K+
-
Practice centered on HNW / UHNW clientele
-
Deep experience with advanced estate and wealth transfer planning
-
JD from an accredited law school
-
Strong professional judgment, discretion, and client-facing presence
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Emphasized)
Candidates with the following will be prioritized:

Background advising family offices or private investment structures

Cross-border or international estate planning experience

Existing relationships with accountants, wealth managers, and financial advisors

Experience at:

Elite T&E boutiques

AmLaw 100/200 firms with strong private wealth practices

Geographic presence or client base in key private wealth markets, including:
New York, California, Florida, Texas, or Nashville -
Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in cross-selling and platform building
