Salary: $110K - $150K (Based on Experience) + Bonus Eligible

HireNow Staffing is working with a well-established, nationally recognized law firm to fill a Litigation Attorney position in their New Orleans office. This is a non-shareholder track role, ideal for a skilled litigator who thrives in the courtroom and values substantive, hands-on legal work without the pressure of a partnership path.

Position Highlights:

• Focus on tort litigation and insurance defense matters.

• Manage cases independently from inception through resolution.

• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, work directly with experts, and handle trial preparation.

• Trial experience in both state and federal courts is highly preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably on the defense side.

• Active Louisiana Bar license required.

• Strong academic background and excellent written/oral advocacy skills.

• Must demonstrate a stable employment history and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
