This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead infrastructure and public works projects from concept through completion in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll oversee design development, technical execution, and project coordination across multi-disciplinary teams. You will serve as a key liaison with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects with a focus on infrastructure, transportation, or municipal improvements

• Prepare and review plans, specifications, technical reports, and project documentation

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and public agencies

• Mentor junior engineers and support professional development within the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (PE license preferred)

• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and applicable design software

• Proven project management and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
