HireNow Staffing is seeking a Dermatology-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing healthcare team in eastern Montana. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider or an NP/PA with a strong interest in dermatology to practice in a community-based, patient-centered setting with excellent support and mentorship.

Provides services to two local nursing homes (70 and 80 beds)

Position Highlights
-
Schedule: 4.5-day work week
-
Patient Load: ~1618 patients/day

Focus: Outpatient dermatology care with broad exposure to common and complex conditions

Procedures: Minor dermatologic procedures encouraged (within scope of training and certification)

Support: Backed by a supervising physician and a dedicated clinical team
Key Responsibilities

Deliver outpatient dermatology care with a focus on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention

Evaluate and manage common conditions such as acne, eczema, rashes, infections, and other skin-related issues

Perform minor office-based dermatologic procedures (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, etc.) when appropriate

Collaborate with supervising physician and multidisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on skincare, treatment options, and preventive strategies

Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system
Candidate Requirements

Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Board Certified in respective discipline

Active Montana license or eligibility to obtain

Dermatology experience preferred (or demonstrated interest in the specialty with relevant clinical exposure)

Minimum 1 year of clinical practice preferred
