Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 base
OTE: $90,000 – $100,000 + equity

What You'll Do
Candidates must demonstrate alignment with these responsibilities to be considered:

Research and map target healthcare accounts, identifying decision-makers and influencers across clinical, operational, and executive teams

Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) and intelligent follow-up on inbound interest

Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to build account strategies and advance opportunities

Craft thoughtful, relevant outreach that resonates with healthcare leaders — quality matters more than volume

Maintain excellent CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate activity tracking and pipeline visibility

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to refine messaging and improve conversion
-
Represent the company's mission, values, and credibility in every interaction
Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
-
6–12 months of SDR or outbound prospecting experience strongly preferred
-
Comfort with cold outreach and consistent prospecting activity
-
Basic understanding of sales fundamentals (ICP, qualification, pipeline, CRM usage)

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco, 5 days per week
-
Stable employment history (no frequent short stints under 6 months)
