Location: Hybrid – San Francisco, CA (4 days onsite)
Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 base + Equity
Work Authorization: Visa transfers considered (no new sponsorship)
Opportunity Overview
HireNow Staffing is partnering with a fast-growing B2B healthcare AI startup to hire a GTM Recruiter who will play a critical role in scaling the commercial and operational teams driving the company's next phase of growth.
This is not a corporate recruiting role built on inbound applicants or brand-driven hiring. This is a hands-on, outbound-heavy position for someone who treats recruiting like a craft, thrives in early-stage environments, and knows how to attract exceptional GTM talent through persistence, creativity, and relationship-building.
You will own recruiting end-to-end across Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Operations—building the teams bringing AI-powered healthcare access solutions to market.
What You'll Do
Own Full-Cycle GTM Hiring

Lead recruiting from first outreach through close for roles across:

Sales & Account Executives

Growth & Demand Gen
-
Marketing & Partnerships
-
Revenue-facing Operations
-
Drive Creative Outbound Sourcing
-
Build sourcing strategies that go far beyond LinkedIn

Leverage niche networks, referrals, targeted outreach, and modern sourcing tools to identify high-signal talent

Consistently engage passive candidates in competitive markets
Partner Closely with Hiring Leaders

Work directly with hiring managers to define success profiles and interview scorecards

Help structure interview loops that are efficient, thoughtful, and high signal

Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
Deliver a Standout Candidate Experience

Ensure candidates feel respected, informed, and energized from initial outreach to offer

Maintain speed, clarity, and high-touch communication throughout
Support Beyond GTM When Needed

Flex into light G&A recruiting support as the business evolves

Operate with a team-first mindset in a lean startup environment
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Only candidates meeting these core qualifications will be considered:

2–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startup environments

Proven success hiring GTM roles (Sales, Growth, Marketing, Ops)—not engineering-only

Strong outbound sourcing capability beyond LinkedIn reliance

Experience owning searches independently in fast-moving, ambiguous settings

Demonstrated job stability and impact (no freelance/temp/contract-heavy backgrounds)

Must be excited about startup intensity and actively motivated by this type of role

Ability to work hybrid onsite in San Francisco (4 days/week)
Preferred Qualifications (Standout Candidates)
Top candidates will bring one or more of the following:

Background in Sales before transitioning into recruiting

Experience recruiting across both GTM + G&A functions

Familiarity with modern ATS and recruiting systems (Ashby strongly preferred)

Track record scaling teams during Seed–Series C growth stages

Strong metrics orientation (pipeline volume, close rates, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire)

Depend on brand recognition rather than sourcing skill to attract talent
