Location: Remote (U.S.-based or UK-based)
Compensation: $165,000 – $227,000 base salary

SF or NYC: +15% to base range
-
DC, LA, Seattle, or Boston: +10% to base range
Additional Compensation: Up to 15% annual bonus + equity
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or UK — no visa sponsorship
Work Hours: Must be able to primarily work U.S. business hours
The Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for a fast-growing software development firm seeking a Staff Product Manager – Identity Graph to join its Platform Product organization.
This role owns a foundational identity graph product that links, enriches, and authenticates identities across millions of records. The mandate is both technical and commercial: advance identity infrastructure, improve verification accuracy, and expand trust networks—while driving clear go-to-market execution and monetization.
This opportunity is best suited for product leaders with deep, sustained experience in identity graphs who can operate at staff level—setting direction, making high-stakes tradeoffs, and translating advanced graph technology into scalable, market-ready outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Interview consideration is based on demonstrated success performing the following core responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end product strategy, delivery, and go-to-market execution for an identity graph product

Drive monetization of graph-based technologies in close partnership with engineering, data science, and commercial teams

Leverage deep domain expertise to enhance entity resolution, link analysis, risk scoring, and trust networks

Translate complex graph theory and identity concepts into clear, customer-facing capabilities and value propositions

Partner directly with customers and external stakeholders to align product capabilities with real-world identity and verification needs

Lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, data science, sales, and marketing

Use data, experimentation, and feedback loops to continuously optimize product performance and adoption

Set clear success metrics and hold teams accountable for outcomes across the product lifecycle
Only candidates with hands-on ownership of identity graph products will be considered.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
These qualifications are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet all requirements will not be considered for interview.

5–8 years of product management experience, with extensive time focused on identity graph–related products

Demonstrated ownership of identity graphs, entity resolution systems, or graph-based platforms

Deep understanding of graph theory, link analysis, and identity resolution

Proven ability to lead go-to-market strategy for complex, highly technical products

Demonstrated success improving risk scoring, identity accuracy, or trust networks at scale

Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and execution skills

Clear record of professional continuity and job longevity (frequent short tenures will not be considered)
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Differentiators)
