A Leading local insurance company is looking for a high-calibre Manager to manage and support Customer Service of Prestige Centre.


  • Responsible for managing and monitoring the operations and service quality of Prestige Centre
  • Champion one-stop service at Prestige Centre
  • Deliver quality services to customers especially for MCV, in line with business strategies and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle disputes and customer complaints, resolve with priority in accordance with the committed service standards
  • Review workflows, procedures and systems to increase productivity and improve efficiency
  • Participate in any projects as assigned


  • Degree Holder or above
  • IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5
  • Sound knowledge and at least 5 years of experience of daily operations in servicing customers from different channels
  • With strong ability to cope with fast and dynamic pace, remarkable organizing and problems-olving skill
  • Customer-focused, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Chinese and Putonghua
  • Able to think and act independently without close supervision
  • Shift duty is required when necessary
