About the job Accounting Assistant (Account Receivables)
The Accounting Assistant Accounts Receivables is responsible for preparing invoices, recording payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on overdue balances. This role supports accurate financial reporting and helps maintain healthy cash flow through timely collections and account monitoring.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
