Systems Encoder

Systems Encoder position involves processing and verifying large volumes of data while providing essential documentation and encoding support for sales operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive, and quick thinker with experience in working with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and strong computer application skills.

Job Qualifications:

• College level or graduate of any computer-related course.
• Knowledge or experience with ERP platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV, is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel (basic to advanced level).
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and process large quantities of data effectively within tight deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible, focus, quick thinker who can handle and process large quantities of data accurately and effectively. Providing essential support in the Sales operations through documentation and computer encoding.

1. Reviewing data to make sure it's accurate before entering it in the system.

2. Verify data by comparing it to source documents, and check for any discrepancies or errors before entry.

3. Identity and report any data-related issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

4. Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.

5. Organize and maintain files and databases, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible
