️ Our client is a dynamic and constantly evolving company in the food industry, with a strong export presence.
️ The Head of Exports will be responsible for managing and developing the companys international markets.
What youll do
️ Design and implement the export growth strategy and identify new markets
️ Manage and expand relationships with key accounts and international partners
️ Define commercial policies, pricing strategies, and promotional plans in coordination with internal teams
️ Monitor global trends, regulations, and support product launches abroad
️ Lead the exports team, set goals & KPIs, and evaluate performance
️ Ensure smooth handling of offers, orders, client requests, and development projects
️ Represent the company at international trade shows and meetings
What you need to have
️ 7+ years of experience in exports, including at least 3 in a leadership role
️ Excellent command of English an additional foreign language will be considered a plus
️ Strong strategic planning and commercial mindset
️ Good understanding of the food industry and international regulations (e.g., FDA, EU)
️ Experience with ERP systems and commercial reporting tools
️ Availability for international travel (mainly in Europe)
