Responsible to look for potential tenants to fill vacant spots of the commercial area
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
Handle marketing promotion through Social Media

Requirements:
Holds Bachelor degree in any major
Has at least 6 years of working experience and prefer candidates who are currently a Manager
Has well experience in acquiring new tenants in the commercial area, especially for Food and Beverage
