Requirements

• Experience in factory opening and management experience of more than 1000 peoples
• Proficient in cold bonding and injection molding process and cold adhesive injection molding processes
• Familiar with local policies and regulations in Vietnam and have certain resources and contacts in footwear industry.
• 5 + years of knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing, quality control, cost management, supply chain management
• Language Skill: English, Vietnamese and Mandarin
• Management skill: co-ordinates the order execution of cooperative factories. Internal and external project management
• More than 5 years of work experience in Vietnam, preferably with international sourcing experience
• Familiar with the whole process of shoe products manufacturing
• Have experience in leather shoes manufacturing is an advantage
