• Oversee and manage all finance, accounting, and taxation activities in accordance with Indonesian regulations and company policies
• Lead tax planning, tax compliance, and tax reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax obligations
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements
• Monitor compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh, VAT, WHT, etc.) and statutory reporting requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required
• Maintain proper financial records, documentation, and internal controls
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and business decision-making
• Ensure alignment between financial operations and broader business objectives

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong expertise in Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation
• Solid experience in managing financial statements and accounting reports
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in a manufacturing or hydraulics industry is a strong advantage
• Prior experience in a similar managerial role is preferred
