Sales Training Development Program Manager
Job Description:
1. Sales Development & Training Program
- Define sales competencies guidelines & assessment tools
- Conduct systematic sales assessment & evaluation
- Develop comprehensive sales learning program
- Initiate implementation of buddy's program and sales coaching periodically
2. Sales Policy & Process Improvement
- Develop and provide sales policy
- Conduct BO survey to measure satisfaction and gather inputs from related parties on BO performance
- Provide continuous inputs on current business process
- Implement management changes to improve business process
3. Internal Project Management
- Prepare reports throughout the planning, implementation, evaluation of programs and achievement of targets that have been conducted periodically
- Prepare report of activities that have been carried out by a team of BO weekly
- Monitoring budget control processess for Division
- Manage request from Auditors ISO 9001:2015 during audit
4. External Relation
- Serve as company representative for external related functions in order to build good network in the industry and keep up to date with new trends
- Bachelor degree, preferable Master degree
- 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Operational function
- Solid experience in people management & human resource development
- Proven experience in performance/engagement/business transformation
- Having comprehensive knowledge of sales and business operation concepts and implementation
- Strong blend of analytical, decision making and creative problem solving skills
- Excellent in communication, presentation and negotiation skills capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal English communicationlent problem-solving skills
