Quality Control Supervisor

Job Description:

• Ensure overall building quality meets company standards and specifications
• Verify that all materials and construction processes comply with the company's quality standards
• Review and monitor inspectors' work to ensure alignment with the company's quality requirements
• Provide guidance and direction to workers and contractors regarding the company's quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control within a landed house contractor or landed residential developer
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and procedures
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and contractors
