Main Job Purpose

• To join our Product Development team and located in East Java.
• Will play a critical role in running trials, testing and analyzing
• To work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, attention to detail, and technical expertise will contribute to the success of our product development initiatives.
• Will require drive and determination, supporting product development department Germany and close cooperation with the colleague in China the entire projects with a minimal guidance

Main Job Responsibilities

• Organising & running development main plant trials, liaising with the production to ensure 1st quality samples are produced.
• Conduct Product Development laboratory duties - Test raw materials, trial materials.
• To provide hands on evaluate different materials and raw materials.
• Create internal reports with all required data.
• Using internal tools like SAP/Team/MS Office to update the data.
• To carry out evaluation of laboratory and finished samples to progress development projects
• Where applicable to carry out statistical analysis to laboratory results and document findings.
• To record and document all testing and analysis in an accurate and timely manner into any project planning and tracking databases.
• To assist in laboratory work associated with the investigation of any technical service / customer complaints if R&D support is needed.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the laboratory and the technical area.
• Maintain all necessary development documentation.
• Prepare product specifications and product data sheets for new products.

General Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering 

Training: Laboratory Training

Skill: Microsoft Office (Excel), Good Communication, Fluent English

Experience: minimum 5 years' Experience in operations, materials, industrial lab at the manufacturing site

Desirable

• Experience of using SAP system
• Demonstrable history of ability to work within multitasking, prioritizing role
• Ability to handle matters with sensitivity, diplomacy, and integrity
