National Sales Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities :
  • Achieve sales growth and hit sales targets by successfully manage the sales team
  • Design and implement strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Manage the sales team to penetrate the market
  • Maintain continuous reviews to ensure parties are maintaining the highest service level


Requirements :
  • Maximum age 40 years old
  • Bachelor degree from any major are welcome, preferably in pharmacy or health industry-related education
  • The pharmaceutical background is mandatory, have worked in the Tech space is preferable
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise  (Healthcare professional - Doctors, Clinic, Hospital, Lab and Pharmacies)
  • Prior experience in the healthcare-related industry is an advantage & successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Willingness to mobile around Indonesia
