Job Summary
- We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive end-to-end sales performance, market development and customer strategy for our coffee business across domestic and international markets.
- This role owns revenue growth, customer relationships, pricing strategy, and market expansion, while ensuring alignment between market demand and operational capability.
- The position serves as a critical bridge between customer requirements and internal execution, translating commercial opportunities into actionable sales plans, contracts, and product strategies that are compliant with applicable food regulations and industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Commercial Strategy, Planning & Governance
- Formulate and execute overall sales and marketing strategy for domestic and international markets in
alignment with company objectives
- Develop and manage short-term and long-term sales forecasts based on market trends, customer
demand, and business targets
- Translate company strategy into actionable department plans, budgets, and measurable performance
targets
2. Market Development & Customer Leadership
- Drive market expansion through development of new customers, segments, and geographies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Identify customer needs and market trends as input to commercial and product strategy
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction including structured management of feedback and complaints
3. Commercial Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Ensure end-to-end execution of sales activities from order confirmation to delivery and payment realization
- Align sales commitments with internal capabilities across Supply Chain, Production, QA/QC, R&D, and Finance
- Maintain reliability of forecasting and fulfillment to support operational planning and service level performance
4. Product Alignment & Issue Resolution
- Translate customer requirements into clear commercial and product expectations for internal teams
- Collaborate with R&D and operations to support product development, improvement, and commercialization
Lead resolution of customer complaints through evaluation, internal coordination, and structured follow up
- Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and corrective action for all customer-related issues
5. Leadership, Governance & Business Improvement
- Lead and develop Sales & Marketing organization including structure, capability, and performance
management - Ensure all commercial activities comply with applicable regulations, contractual commitments, and internal procedures
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to management for decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and overall commercial performance.
- GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum 12–15 years in Sales & Marketing within B2B environment
Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role (Head, GM, or equivalent)
Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and key account management
Experience in food, beverage, or ingredient industry is preferred - 3. Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of commercial execution, contract management, and customer lifecycle - Experience in demand forecasting and alignment with operational capability
