Job Description:
General Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree from Reputable University majoring in Human Resource, Economy Management or Psychology.
- Must have at the least 10 years of working experience as HR Professional or Human Resource Business Partner.
- Experience in managing at the least 500 employees at the same time.
- Have strong understanding of full HR spectrum (Recruitment, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Talent Development, Reward and Benefits, Payroll and Industrial Relations)
- Fluent in English both writing and conversation.
- Excellent Communication.
