Job Responsibilities

• Construction Design, Feasibility Study, Planning Strategy, and Execution including monitoring construction progress and schedules, reviewing all materials submitted, reviewing and approving the design concept and material changes.

General Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from Architect or Civil Engineering studies.
• Min 10 years' working experience as architect/ design and planning. 
• Have exposure in Design, Cost and Construction.
• Have background experience in hotel and/or mall is preferred.
• Up-to-date with today's property design, new concept and structure is a plus point.
• Fluent in English.
